Hey, weren't you building a Ferrari out of a Fiero or something? Whatever happened to that?

That was the idea!  Cheesy  I think I'm on the 10 year plan.  I'll be finished with it when it's considered a classic!   Undecided  Unfortunately the 4 average days I get off per month has been spent doing things with the family and other stuff.

C'est la vie! Cheesy

At least you're ahead of me!
I have a donor Fiero with seized brakes, a rebuilt motor I can't keep running (already changed the dreaded Fiero Fuel pump! no dice, but may just have air in the line) Purchased an AD355 Berlinetta (the very last one John made before Bartman bought and picked up the molds, that's going to be a collector's item for sure!) got 1/3 of it back to Texas, got to go get the rest before John gets tired of storing it for me  Cheesy I purchased a 355 manual console from Amida (looks awesome!) with Riceburner's HVAC panel, got some Mr. Mikes seat covers, a set of your complete package power mirrors, and a host of little Ferrari bits and pieces including OEM door scoops and taillight panel.
Haven't started the tear down phase yet cuz it's 28 degrees outside here.

I seem to be on the wait till all the traffic lights turn green before I pull out of the driveway plan. I think that's slower than your build plan by a great deal. got any pics of yours lately?

Funny you bring this up Chris. I just sent an email to Ron trying to put dates on the calendar when we can work on his car. I will call you tomorrow to see when we can force Ron to work on his car.

Well,  I need to get the engine back in first.  I should have some more weekends free because most of the overtime at work is drying up.  That in turn will also make it a priority to get it on its wheels so I can move out of my house.  Or sell it to keep the house.  Decisions, decisions!  Roll Eyes

I pulled the rear suspension apart to get it all cleaned up finally.  A lot of overspray and some rust to take off.  So far I've finished one spindle and axle.

I know, I know!  I think this is the difference between building a car and buying one built that needs these things done when you get it.  I go backwards before I can go forward.  Grin

More done, headed out now to get the parts I need to get my steering rack put back in (3 of the 4 bolts that hold it in broke off when I took it out, and easy outs don't work).

Before and after.
