To Whom it May Concern: It looks like Mr. Richard Cosentino (Exotic Images, LLC & CMC Choppers LLC) is due in criminal court this Wednesday, March 10th at 8:30am. The County Attorney's Office filed a formal complaint on 2/16 and Richard was served a summons on 2/17. Knowing Richard, he will probably be a "no show". Richard has a lot of explaining to do after stealing $300k plus this past year alone. Hey JB, you're back on! I'm so glad. So, that jerk Cosentino (Schmutzer's partner) did show up for court... simply amazing!  Judge Benny set a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 13th. The County Prosecutor told me the the U.S. Attorneys Office for the State of Arizona is now getting involved too. I am gonna be there for that one and introduce myself to Schmutzer too. I can't wait! These fags are going to love wearing those pink jumpsuits and living in those tents in the middle of the desert... compliments of Sheriff Joe. This is getting better minute by minute.
