    Celica SRC 430 coupé

    Hi,
as you know, we are always busy, but as I promised, here is a build diary on our current customer project
This is not a fully step by step guide ( the build guide that comes with the kit is a step by step...), only to show to all of you the truth of our kit.
I hope you enjoy, and feel free to ask all questions you have.

Today I work alone on this project, and no much done...
The customer car is a little bit old, and with some rust...I must restore it at the same time, to deliver a nice turnkey.
Start taking off all body and inside panels, clean all the car and change the coilovers.

The customer wish OEM wheels, to fit them I must make some modifications on front wheel arches and move forward the washer botle. Once done, I paint with antioxidant black. These coilovers are very, very good, you can change the height and the hardness, 35 positions, you can choose from really soft to really hard !

Take off the battery to fit in his new position, on the rear trunk ( I show you this step tomorrow, not done yet...).
You must fit a new battery wire ( supplied with the kit ) from front to the rear trunk. For negative wire, you can cut in half the existing one, leaving two connector in one part ( for front ) and the other one part with one connector for the battery at the rear.

The next step is the most complicated work of the whole process, is not difficult, but requires to be done with care and without haste. Remove the fuse box, take them out of the box and unplug them all below (see where they go, but do not worry, they are designed to fit only into its right place). Carefully cut the box to separate them into two. Attach the cables to arrive freely to his new position, and protect the exposed wires with corrugated plastic tube, mount again and set the boxes to the car with some metal plates.
