    355 engine cover

has any one ever tried to make the replica engine cover to sit over the real motor like the one you can get for the lambo's?

You mean something that provides absolutely no real function other than to entrap heat around the engine?

    What a grand idea...

Sorry I don't know of one.

Give my a couple of days for me to finish getting my rough product together. i am not only making it look like the ferrari engine intake section but i am going to make it 100% working. if you can wait a few days i will post some pics of the product.

This topic has come up several times before but nothing ever formed. I would like to see what you come up with.
I have the complete 355 engine from air boxes to timingchain covers. I am making the real parts functional on my V8 conversion. They are way to complex shaped to make molds off of for a reasonable price. Please keep us posted.
