Funnywheels and Brastic AD 355s in Dec2008 Kit Car Builder

I just opened my Dec 2008 issue of Kit Car Builder and not only did I see a picture of my car, but Dave's car also. My car is on page 32 and Dave's is on 48.

Is an article written about them or did the guys from Superreplicas rip off your pictures and are claiming them as one of theirs!!!??? Congratulations guys...I bet you're proud! This is when you say..."It pays off to work so much", doesn't it?
    Best to you

Congradulations Guys!! I never buy that thing but I will this time. It just never seems to have stuff in it that really interests me, I end up just flipping through it in B&N and putting it back. Is it a US or a UK publication?

It's a US publication; I agree there's not much that interests me in it usually. It is, however, FAR better than 'kit car' magazine. I flip through that and regret wasting the effort to do so...

Anyway, congrats to both of you on having your cars in the mag! I'm sure a lot of us aspire to do the same! I'll have to stop and pick up a copy from the newsstand.

The original plan was to have three AD355s at the show. Due to the cars taking over a year to get out of "paint jail" and the $4.80 gas, only mine showed up. Then again, the show was less than 20 miles from my house vs over 120 miles from DeLorean00 and Sactodreamer.

Kit Car Builder is a US publication about kit and other hand crafted car building. I have canceled all of my subscriptions except for this one. I feel that they are the only kit car magazine focused on the people who build cars versus just dream about pretty pictures. Plus they are a fantastic group of people.

For us 355 builders, the bar has just been raised even higher...(Damn! ha ha ) Congradulations to both of you! Both of your cars deserve to be in there! Maybe Kit Car Builder will feature an article on one or both of you?? It would be nice to see a Ferrari for once!
