WHy are all the good Ferrari kits coming from the UK?

Headline says it all. DNA. Extreme, etc. . . . .
Is there no one here in the states that can create one of these?

the reason most of the stateside "F" KITS DISAPPEARED is because all the makers names adress an personal info was posted an they were shut down ,sometime we need to PM information rather than posting it ,it also make it easy for them to find an shut the suppliers down

in the U K their is some different laws about after market parts being produced , to my knowledge they do not have issues with "F" PEOPLE
In the USA if you pay a company / person to start a plug, then it,s your plug and work ,it is not theirs to sell or trade !!

Also they are marketed as "rebodies" not "F" replicas.

Not sure if ad360 is still available. I know he doesn't do 355s anymore. I think John is making Lambo parts now. Anyone on this forum building an ADLambo?

Why are all the good Ferrari kits coming from the UK?

Its like the military, THEY ARE THE BEST! and because as previously said, the laws involved.

USA seems to be.... if someone isnt happy then they will sue for over inflated amounts of money.

GTA3 game, radio station, had a comment...."sue anyone for anything and you'll probably win!" lol

UK is... if someone isnt happy... 2 things...
    1. u get a refund (+maybe a 10/$20 store card discount or the like), product/service investigated, then made absolutely perfect in every way for remarketing/resale, or stopped altogether. OR...
    2. like the UK's conservative party attitude, like it or not, but either way tough sh*t!

More flexible laws than the US....

Hey if a moron can intentionally place a hot cup of coffee between her legs and subsequently burn herself only to turn around and then sue the store for her own actions, then Ferrari has all the right to threaten suit as well....
