Anybody know the manufacturer of this 308 kit?

Hello! I'm new here. Just thought that i'd post this car that i found on ebay.
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=7251

I think that this is one of the best looking 308 kits that i've seen. Pay special attention to the door curves. Much more defined/curvy than a mera kit..whatdoyou think?

I saw this one too and what i noticed about it that i really liked was the fact that the engine cover has the correct seam along the sail panel and looks to open correctly rather than just the flat part lifting up like my 328 has...

It looks like the real part over the engine. The same with the headlight louvers. It is a real nice looking car.

DANG! Look at the "Gate" shifter! All it needs is a few slide levers to the rear of the shifter for A/C, etc like the real ones. I think the roof looks a little too high for some reason. looks like it needs to be chopped about 2 inches but maybe not.

The Fiero roof is higher that the 308, 328, 348, 355, 512, TR Etc. No big deal for most of us. I believe it would look funny on a Lambo, but OK on a Ferrari.

It looks like the roof is a little high, but the belt line at the mirror looks low. Almost too curvey.

    Real thing from Ferrari's site:

Nice looking replica. A little wordy in the description, though.

I see what you mean on the roof thing. I guess the good news is the car is one of the best looking replicas of a 308 that I have seen. I guess you have to just deal with the top thing or shell out the cash for the car and maintenance on real deal.

The body is a Fiero plus Stinger. not been made in like 10 years(hard to find). I dont see any diff in the roof rake for the window, looks stock to me. I dont know about the lengthing also. these cars didnt need it, might have a 1" or so though to make the wheels sit in the wells correctly. the interior is custom and that center console looks to be authentic ferrari mated on the center hump somehow(nice touch) The car is VERY well done from what I see and I'd think 15Gs would be a good to low price for this car. If I had the money I'd sure as heck buy the thing, I'm going to email him for more photos of the car (headlights up, engine, front trunk, etc) L8!!

I sent him an email asking for the same things. I am interested to see if he installed 308 headlights and if the rear engine cover is OEM on the part between the rear sail panels and the rear glass.

I wish I had mad cash for the 308. I think my wife would trade her new Benz for that one. But then again, she would just complain like that all do about a small trunk or too low to the ground, or I have to SHIFT!

Let's just lust over it ourselves.
