    Windshield wiper difficulties

On an 87 Countach replica, I'm using a stock Fiero wiper arm. It works fine with one exception. Higher speeds causes the wiper to lift off the windshield and float about 4 inches off the glass. There seems to be adequate spring tension, what's the solution?

Have you thought about those little wings that clip on to the wiper arm? Looks like a tail wing on cars and clips over the arm where it goes into the skinny portion of the arm . It looks like it pushes the wiper down with the air currents over the screen. You see them on lots of production cars.

    Cheers

I'll have to go on the hunt, the idea makes sense. Thanks don.

No need to search , just go to eBay for wiper wings
