    Hi Rob..Kit looks great!

If you'll make separate parts from it, how much for just the gauge surround and the gauge faceplate?

Is the faceplate fiberglass, or metal?

    Thanks

The gauge face plate is aluminum. The gauge binnacle is fiberglass and rigid urethane. I can do both for $80 + shipping

    Thanks Rob...seems reasonable enough.

How much for just the faceplate?

Also, curious about what's rigid urethane, and what's fiberglass on the binnacle......(binnicale? had to look it up.....compass housing...we don't need no stinking "compass"!LOL) Just teasing ya guy.

    Thanks for the replies.

$35 for just the face plate +shipping. Rigid urethane is an A/B expanding foam. Once mixed and poured it expand 5 times in volume to a dense foam. Made even more solid when poured into a sealed mold so it only has room to expand 2 or 3 times. Makes it extremely rigid. The door arm rests for my 308 replica interior kit are made from a fiberglass shell with a urethane core making them solid and extremely sturdy.

Thank you sir. Very good explanation. I've used the expanding foam before, but never heard it referred to as "rigid" urethane. Learned something today! Two things if you count the binnacle.

Will be in touch for the faceplte, at the least, possibly both pieces I asked about.

Still using same email evmotorsports@yahoo.com ?

Thanks, you'll be hearing from me.
