I got rid of the green stuff with water and soap. Then I let the OEM 355 Ferrari lights dry in the hot Florida sun. To my surprise, the did not discolor (yellow or turn pink) or droop out of shape like the replica lenses. I don't think anyone makes replica lights anymore. In my opinion get the real OEM lights if you can. They make all the difference to your finished car.

Most people use a substitue,as your cruseing down the road have a pen and paper handy. It also depends what style your looking for, such as Corvett round. You can always ask,the manufacturer of a forum member, there stamped on the lense with the manufacturers name.My tail light lenses are made by,Brita try searching for Brita tail lights (there rectangular) .I also have a link under "Kit Car Links", under the main menue.

I have a set of 355 taillights that were molded and they looked really good. Unfortunately 3 of them broke from moving them around. There are a few plastic rotational molders in my area. So later on today (when everything opens) I will go to a few places and see what they would charge. If you are interested the real ones are $225.00 each.

Here are the prices from Ferrari of Atlanta, the inside 355 tail lights are $180 - $200 each and the outside lights are $210 - $225 each thatís over the counter at the Ferrari dealer. The third brake light is $105 - $115. For some reason the front parking lights are going up in price a little to $200 - $220 per side. That is up about $50 from a year ago. Headlights and driving lights are really out of sight. The dealer quoted me $2,400 per side on the headlight assembly including the motors. The driving lights have crystal lenses and special mounting tabs and sell for $600 each.

The outside mirrors are another story @ $2,400 each side if you can locate a them. They have been on back order since they went out of production in 2000.
