Are the plans from the set I made for Glenn Goodman's 355?

You did a great job making your grill, Nice job.

Who made the horse?* I could use another one of those!

The grill looks good Mike! I too build the same style, getting it powder coated next week.

It makes a guy feel good to know the posting of the plans works out for so many people. I like how Don and Duane put the stuff out there as well.

When will you guys have your cars on the road?

I only have a few more hours of work on FunnyWheels. It was 93 degrees today and about 103 in the garage, 95% humidity. That makes it tough on us old guys to work on the machines down here in The Cigar City.

I'm finishing up work on my interior while the car is at paint. My painter is one of THE best and is taking extra care of this project. He's got the entire car dismanteled and is even blocking the underside of the panels where they can be seen. It'll be a nice job, jams and every edge will be taken care of. Interior is wrapped in black satin leather with yellow accents. Top is finished in Black and is fully hydraulic and automatic. I expect the car to be back from paint in 6 weeks. I know its a long time but I'm loving the extra work space in the shop. I'll post pics when I have new ones.

David: Your car sounds like it is going to be one of "the great ones."

I would love to see how you put your top together.

Would you be kind enough to email a few photos to me?

    newmdav@ispwest.com

I am still topless and need to figure that one out in the very near future.

    Thanks,

    Dave

Dave: Thanks, Luckily its turning out Just the way I wanted it. I've been able to fab the entire car in house other than the paint. I located a Hydraulic pump on Ebay and then had my lines custom made, it all came together pretty well. I'd be happy to send you pics. I meant to post them but I was in such a hurry to get the car sent off I didn't take any pics while the top was attached to the car. So as of now I don't have anything to send. If it'll work for you I'll Email when I have the car back and can actually bolt the frame work together. I even wrapped the hydraulic top cylinders in black satin vinyl. ;D
Like you know its the small details that really make the diference.
