What kind of kits are available out there?

As i was surfing on the net i came across the site of K1 Attack. At first it looked like a really nice kit untill i saw the price tag of a turnkey. It is 50.000 Euro, that's 60.267 USD or 34.615 GBP, that's really expensive considering the fact that it is a back to basics car. It has no comfort features of any kind, the windows can't be rolled up or down, they have to be clipped on, airconditioning is an option, etc, etc. For that amount of money i can buy myself a porsche boxster, an audi cabriolet or a TT roadster, a honda s2000, etc. All these cars are cheaper and come fully equiped with everything.
Ok, you do not have the exclusive looks like you do have with the Attack, but still.
Therefore my question if there are simular kits (like the K1 Attack) available out there.

The Attack is a roadster designed to be pleasure driven for those sunny days. Or taken to the track to race. Real spartan in terms of comfort features like the vintage race cars.

There's a kit that comes to mind which is kind of similar to the attack. It's mid-engined, original design, and retains the comfort features of the donor car.

I'd rather buy a Lotus Elise instead of an Attack turnkey. But that's just me.

The topgun kit isn't really my taste, but if anyone else has a link to any site that would be great.
