who is the manufacturer of this countach? any guesses?

This countach is a non stretch version...

no doors, lids, vents or spoilers included, so i need to source them out if i am going to buy this car.

Looks to be an early non-stretched IFG 5000s, like this:

    thanks a lot bro.

do you think the car looks a bit stubby or proportional?

    i think it looks decent.

Just one thing.. You could probably buy a complete kit for less money than the parts needed to finish this one will cost..

Even if you get this car for free it might not be worth it, Unless you custom make your own parts.. Are the bumpers missing as well ??

I think the car is ok, not great but ok, there are far more accurate non stretches out there, like the D&R and this which may be a D&R:

Also that ebay kit looks short and tall whereas the better ones look long and low and in some cases it takes quite a while to realise its a shorty.
I also think the lack of body panels would put me off it, If you can get it for peanuts then by all means have a crack at it but if it was me buying I would wait and get a better one.

I'll second that notion. Wait for a complete car. You'll have enough to do building the car without needing to worry about fabricating your own panels as well.

i can scoop the car with body for $800, although its a 250miles journey to get it.

im not sure if it is completely worth it, as the owner/seller stated he has a man who can make the doors, front/rear lids and bumpers for $1300.

ahhhh i dunno if this is worth the jump.

the price is OK. The fiero has a knock in the engine... but its a start to who knows what!.

Just leave it, no point in getting the car. Too many negatives
