    If you try to bring a KitCar into Canada it will be seized and not allowed into Canada.
    KitCars are not allowed into the country finished or in kit form.

    You need to do your homework. It is possible to get one in but it requires some out of the box thinking.

    What about importing the "replacement lambo parts"... Exmaple: Extreme's kit for the murci or the 360 kit, they are believable parts that a customs inspector wont know anything about.

    You tell them that these are replacement parts for lambos and ferraris. Saying "No" to that shipment would be like saying that a real lamborghini owner in Canada couldnt replace his bumper or hood if he chooses to...

    you bet i did!

    Its a great idea and i think it would work, atleast in the small business of getting something imported.

    If it doesnt work in a legal battle thats really lame and i wish the kit companies the best of luck, however, it is highly likely to work in an importing review...

    You must never say kitcar at the border.
    If you have the invoice and the parts labelled;
    "Replacement Panel, Some Fitting May be Required"
    This will work. Make sure EVERYTHING is called AUTOMOTIVE! This way you will not pay duties.
    There are no duties on automotive parts with NAFTA and the AutoPact.
    If you do it in multiple shipments even better.

    just yesterday I asked a Turkish customs consultant, I wanted to bring Lamborghini parts, he said i'm not allowed to bring Lamborghini parts if there's already a Lamborghini distributor in your country, but it doesn't make sense ? I mean then how come people are able to bring parts from the internet such as eBay ?
