Trying to locate fiberglass wheel inserts for Countach style wheel

Does anyone have any information on how I might obtain a set of these inserts? I've looked high and low for the manufacturer, but no luck. Apparently, these covers are used as a facia to a regular steel wheel. Any information would be appreciated. Below is a link showing a set of wheels with the inserts.

    Thanks

Udo from Canada can make these for you at very reasonable price.

He's asking $400 per set of 4. Delivery time is a few weeks as he has to create them for each order.

How are they attached and what style of wheel is needed to use them?

Mine were attached from the back side with screws.
If your car uses 5x120 bolt pattern you could secure them by using longer studs and double lugs, one with open top to secure the steel wheel, then add the cover then add additional lug to secure the cover. Obviously this would not work if your car has a fiero bolt pattern

    Redhammer,

Can you explain what the criteria is for selecting a wheel that will work with these inserts? Is there one particular wheel that these are designed to work with, or can they accomodate other types? For instance, will this wheel work?

    http://www.vpw.com.au/productgroup.a...&PrdGrpID=4822

It is the wheel I'm considering going with, but have concerns that the ledge or step that's built into the barrel of the wheel about an inch and a half or two inches inside may not allow the insert to sit properly. Do you see any issue using this particular wheel or securing the insert to it?

    Thank you

I think the best/cheapest way to go is to use a cheap used steel wheels that can be painted black, something with +0 offset(approx. 6"backspacing for the rear ) should be fine.
I'd order the caps from Udo and go from there. Try eBay for used 15x12 I saw a pair for under $200 not too long ago.
    This is how mine were.
