Thanks Tony, here are some 3D overlays I did with the Aurora
it should look good as a sedan... the Riviera also shares the same platform, is a coupe and has a shorter overhang in the front.
To get started depends on your build budget... the recommended option for high detail is to get a CNC kit like the BlackToe which is linked in the following thread http://www.madmechanics.com/forum/co...entador-5.html
*Some adjustments would also be needed to make the Z height higher.
The cheap and not detailed option is to make it with foam panels in whats called a "buck"
Hey ArashB you're concepts are incredible. I can tell you're an innovator not duplicator. I seen you playing with an aurora and I wanted to know 1.did it work for the aston concept and 2.what would it take to get a rebody started?
Sure, here is 3D actually with some 5 spokes.
If you find a closer design in this list, I can switch them

Hi Arash could you render Citroen gt with vossen cv3 wheels?
Thanks, I made a smaller machine before but this large one has all kinds of new challenges... like carrying the heavy router and the table staying level over the long distance it travels.
Build Your Own CNC Router, CNC Machine, or 3D Printer , this site shows how to get started and what it entails. Your best bet would be to buy something like "joes" CNC kit and go to CNCZone.com on how to setup the electronics and operate the machine. Its not easy and takes lots of homework.
I use Vectric software to convert 3D models for machining... in which another program called Mach3 runs the motors to move the router.
Its taken me a year and a half to learn and make my machine from scratch... since you're in a populated area, you should have good luck in finding a member on CNCZone.com to possibly carve your kit for a good price or even help you setup and operate one in person.
hey , i like your designs your really good at them. i was wondering on how you are doing with your cnc machine.
i purchased the plans for the aventador and wanna build it but dont wanna spend alot of time shaping and moulding it.
How does your cnc machine work and what do u use to program it. i have an autobody shop here in Burbank ca so im pretty familiar with fiberglass and fabricating done a lot of race car bodies.any help would be appreciated
