    www.ferrari.cc

O.K. we all know that Ferrari doesn't like thier car being copied, let alone their name and logo's being used.
Well I was surfing the net and found this site:

    http://www.ferrari.cc/

    I read their news:

Closure of Bmw.cc, Webmail and Email services. -- Posted by admin on Saturday, January 10 2004
A copy of the email that was sent to ,Bmw.cc users.
    ******
We are very sad to inform you the closure of Bmw.cc and all related services with
the website and the domain name. BMW AG have contacted us about their concerns of
the use of Bmw.cc as a free email service and requested the transfer of Bmw.cc to
their party. After doing our research with our lawyers, we have come to an
aggreement with BMW AG to transfer Bmw.cc to their company. This in return means
the closure of the website Bmw.cc and all services related with it including our
    free email service.
We officially inform you that as of 01.15.2004 all inactive accounts will be
deleted and as of 02.01.2004 bmw.cc will be closed with all its services. We are
deeply sorry for the inconvenience this will cause however there is not much we
can do. If you need to use your email name any more than the dates mentioned
above you will have to contact admin@bmw.cc to have a 10 day extension.
Although we have tried to keep our website as is our efforts were not enough to
convince the company to let us keep using our domain name. We appologize for the
inconveniences this will cause and hope that the time allowance will be enough to
migrate your email to another email service.

İf you have any concerns or questions please contact us at admin@bmw.cc .

    Respectfully,
    Bmw.cc Administration

Disputes about Bmw.cc -- Posted by admin on Friday, December 12 2003
We have been contacted by BMW AG about the status of our domain name BMW.cc, I would like to remind all our users and any prospective ones that BMW.cc and Formula1x.com are not affiliated with BMW AG. Please be noted that you can keep using your email accounts unless told otherwise by Formula1x.com. We are doing a research on our legal rights on Bmw.cc and you will be informed from your email accounts and from our newsengine.

    Thank you,
    Administrator.

They think BMW AG is bad, wait until Ferrari finds out.
