    Memorandum

    Date: (Unknown)

    To: Everyone else

    From: Those who have vanished

Re: The truth about what's happened

This is to tell you exactly what is involved in the sudden disappearance of people around the world. It’s as simple as this: We who belong to Christ were called into the air above the planet in the rapture. Yes, that kooky, ridiculous, pie-in-the-sky, fly-away event that Tim LaHaye and other preachers of what you’ve thought of as fantasy have been proclaiming could happen at any moment did, in fact, happen.

You are hearing, or will soon hear, every conceivable explanation of what caused this astonishing disappearance. Here are our guesses as to some of those explanations:

It was some sort of quantum evolutionary leap, which will ultimately be great for mankind.

It was a mass abduction by extraterrestrials --an outgrowth of the singular abductions that have been reported over the years.

It was a natural, scientifically explainable cosmic interaction that some human physiologies could resist, and others couldn’t.

It was a supernatural movement into a higher form for those who disappeared –an ascension to godhood.

It was punishment from the great cosmogonical mind, removing the evil from the world.

Don’t believe any of these or other explanations. To find out the absolute truth about what the mass vanishing actually involves, read in the Bible 1 Corinthians 15: 51-55 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. Also read John 14:1-3 to find out where we who vanished are presently located.

Now that we are gone –and our leaving has everything to do with your immediate future—the following will happen in order very similar to that listed here. These and other events will occur over the next seven years.

Total chaos will rule for a time.
Governments will get control through sometimes-harsh methods.
One world government will come together.
    A one-world church will form.
A world leader from Europe will step to the forefront and take charge of the peace process.
Israeli government and Israel’s enemies will sign an agreement of peace that ensures peace and safety.
Peace will not last, as a coalition of nations--led by Russia--will invade the Middle East.
God, himself, will destroy all but one-sixth of the invader forces.
Much of the world will be hit by the deadly effects of the invasion. This will possibly include chemical, biological and nuclear aftereffects.
The world leader will solidify his power following the Russian-led coalition’s destruction.
Two Old-Testament-type prophets will come on the world scene and preach about Christ while condemning the world’s evil.
Meanwhile, God will put His protection upon 144,000 Jews who have converted to Christianity so that they can begin to preach God’s saving message to the people of the Tribulation.
At the same time, God will allow strong delusion to come over all who heard the Gospel before the Rapture, but, fully understanding the offer of salvation, refused to accept Christ. These will believe Antichrist’s and Satan’s, lies.
Antichrist, after months of trying, will finally murder the two Old-Testament-type prophets.
But they will come back to life and be taken into Heaven while the world watches.
Antichrist will receive a supposedly deadly head wound.
He will appear to resurrect from the dead, being then possessed by Satan.
Antichrist will stand in the Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem. He will claim to be God, and demand worship.
The false prophet will direct all worship to Antichrist, and will erect an image of him.
Antichrist’s regime will institute a computer mark and numbers system. It will be both to control the world’s populations, and to cause all to worship Antichrist, whose number in all of this is 666.
Those who refuse to accept Antichrist’s mark will be murdered. Beheading will apparently be the regime’s chosen method of offing these “traitors.”
Antichrist will begin a systematic genocide against the Jewish race that will make Hitler’s
    Holocaust look mild by comparison.
He and the false prophet will also have all the new believers they can find, rounded up, tortured, then murdered.
While Antichrist hunts down and murders people by the millions, God’s judgments will begin to fall directly on the rebellious people of Planet Earth.
Millions upon millions will die while God’s wrath pours out in a series of three types of judgments, each consisting of seven specific judgments, for a total of 21 judgments.
When all is said and done, more than one-half, possibly as much as two-thirds, of all human life on Earth will die of the plagues.
God will prepare, and the Jewish remnant will flee to, a hiding place, probably Petra, the ancient city carved in the rose red-colored rocks of the Jordanian wilderness.
Antichrist and his forces, led by Satan, will pursue the Jewish people and try to murder them, but the pursuing forces will be swallowed up by the Earth.
While the Jewish and many of the Gentile people still alive remain safely protected, God’s wrath will fall in greater force.
The sun will go partly dark, while at the same time heating up to seven times hotter than normal.
A great object will fall into the ocean from space. Its impact will kill life in the sea, and most likely will destroy coastal areas with tidal waves.
Another asteroid or other mass from space will strike Earth and will poison much of the planet’s fresh water sources.
Great, unprecedented earthquakes will happen simultaneously all over the Earth.
People will be so frightened they will have heart attacks, just from the things they see are yet to come.
A supernatural plague of huge insect-like creatures will be released from the abyss, and they will sting all who have the mark of the Beast. Men and women will try to commit suicide because of their great pain from the stings and bites of these demonic creatures.
God will then move in the minds of all military forces on Earth to gather in the valley of Jezreel, the plains of Esdraelon, near the ancient city of Megiddo. This is Armageddon.
The “Kings of the East,” a huge army out of the Orient numbering more than 200 million troops, will invade to make war with Antichrist’s and the other world’s forces.
Jesus said of this time, that if He didn’t come back, everyone and everything would die because of the fighting about to take place.
Jesus will return with the armies of Heaven. His armies consist of the mighty angels and Jesus’
Church, which will have been raptured at least seven years earlier.
Antichrist’s armies and all others will try to prevent Christ’s return.
Jesus will simply speak, and all armies on Earth will be rendered helpless, most killed.
You have only one chance to survive: accept Jesus Christ as Savior (Read John, chapter 3). This will involve refusing to take Antichrist’s mark when it is instituted. If you accept the mark, you are eternally doomed.
Note to those not appointed to God’s wrath (1 Thes. 5:9-11): Perhaps you should pass this memorandum to your lost family and friends before you vanish. Then, post it on your refrigerator.

not to go against this or anything but i was told a while ago that some of the bibles were writen by a middle age drunk person back in the olden times. and some of the events that were writen in there he saw and streched out the truth. but thats just my thoughts. as far as having ppl vanish i dont know but it will hopefully make it better for every one else and use less gas and money and the economy might go down to make it easier on ppl and bring the poor back up a class. but thats just my 2 cents from the middle of no where.

That's why they call it faith. Of course there are stories to try to pull you away from anything concerning God. This is Satan's plan. Everyone has the right to believe what they want. That is why the world is in the shape it is in. Personally, I'll be using my faith and planning to be with God when all of this comes down.

    Re: Memorandum

Mexico's Attorney General Rafael Macedo caused a stir in many prophecy circles with the announcement that he and 160 members of his staff had been fitted with microchip implants. The chips were manufactured by VeriChip Corp., a subsidiary of Applied Digital Solutions Inc. of Palm Beach.

Macedo told reporters the implants would give them exclusive and secure access to a national database for crime information. "It's an area of high security, it's necessary that we have access to this, through a chip, which what's more is unremovable," said Macedo.

Several news articles have falsely reported that the chips would enable the wearers to be located anywhere in the event of a kidnapping. They cited figures indicating some 15,000 kidnappings taking place each year in Mexico. Applied Digital Solutions eventually hopes to market a device that can track someone's physical location.

Because the VeriChip appears to be a forerunner to the predicted implant the Antichrist will use to control the global economy, it has caught the attention of prophecy students. No technology gap needs to be closed before implementation. The features in the current chip can easily be used as the mark of the Beast.

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six" (Rev. 13: 16-18).

The only thing lacking is the right political or social environment that would compel people to "get chipped." The public's expectance of a microchip implant will be the main factor in moving us closer to a wider usage of ID technology.

The casual manner in which the liberal media covered the story was a good indication of how conditioned we've become in accepting chip implants. All the news stories I can find on the VeriChip had no concerns about Big Brother using it for a sinister purpose.

The Bible has strong words to say about the mark. Because the Antichrist will require an oath of allegiance to be taken with his unholy number, the Word of God warns that anyone who willingly receives it will be eternally damned.

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name" (Rev. 14:9-11).

Anyone who finds salvation after the rapture will be in a life-and-death struggle. Once the 666 mark is implemented, Christians will have no way to financially support themselves. Even if their bank records indicate they are millionaires, the requirement to have the implant would leave them as poor as church mice.

Because the mark of the Beast system will create unimaginable levels of hardship, it is so important for people to be rapture ready. The only way to be certain you are heaven-bound is to make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life.

"Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Cor. 6:2).

    Re: Memorandum

    Perilous Times Part I
We, in this column space, most often dissect and examine the news of our day, sifting the issues and events for moral, and/or prophetic significance. Issues like homosexual rights, gay marriage, and abortion matters like right of choice vs. right to life, are on the front burner so far as hot-button morality topics are concerned. These, and the profound eschatological developments on the geopolitical front, keep observers of biblically prophetic matters preoccupied, while the less prominent prophecies of things to come lurk in the shadows, just out of view.

The characteristics of end-time man –“man” meaning all men and women of this generation of earth-dwellers-- is often a neglected part of the prophetic Word god gave us, particularly through the writings of the Apostle Paul.

The great apostle was also a great prophet, giving us, for example, a clearly presented view of that glorious moment when Christ will step out on the clouds of the heavens and shout “come up hither” as seen, and reported, by John, another great prophet (Rev. 4:1). Paul so clearly delineates the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ in 1 Corinthians 15: 51-55, and 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18, that it astonishes me that Christians could miss it. But, they do. They miss God’s promise to that unique generation of Christians who will be alive when the Rapture occurs – a thrilling catching up to be with Jesus which the suddenly resurrected dead of the Church Age (Age of Grace) will share as part of the Body of Christ. With somewhat less majestic verbiage than used to described “the mystery” he shows us regarding the Rapture, Paul none-the-less lays out very clearly one of the most profound block of prophesies, relevant to the times in which we presently live.

I refer to his “perilous times” prophecy found in 2 Timothy, Chapters 3 and 4. Paul, in that section, gives the characteristics that will uniquely mark the generation of people alive in the last days –the time which will culminate with Christ’s return as King of kings, and Lord of lords.

I have, over the years, done a characteristic-by-characteristic evaluation of current issues and events, with the thought of trying to determine whether Paul’s prophesies of these end-time markers fit our time in human history. In my view, the proof that we are the generation Paul spoke of is unmistakable. Ours, I have felt since undertaking to dissect these matters, must be that perilous times era. With developments in every other area of Bible prophecy pointing to end-time things coming upon our world with increased frequency and intensity, my belief is doubly enforced that Paul’s prophesied “perilous times” is, in fact, our time.

Never have end-time geopolitical signals been so preponderant within our hourly news. Likewise, never before have the end-time characteristics of man been so obvious as now. It’s time to take a fresh look at these characteristics in light of God’s Prophetic Word, overlaid upon the troubling things happening all around us on a daily, even minute-by-minute time-frame.

We will begin looking at Paul’s descriptions of end-time man, juxtaposed against the news of our time, in this week’s Update, and conclude with next week’s “Nearing Mid-Night” column.

We begin with Paul’s opening in his second epistle to Timothy:
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,…” (3:1-1)

Paul, in writing to his spiritual son, Timothy, gave us this precise prophecy, outlining what the people of the end-time generation will be like. He indicates that their behavior will constitute the primary reason that the times will be “perilous”.

Lovers of self: People of that future era will be self-centered even beyond human kind’s natural proclivity for self-centeredness, Paul foretells.

One has only to think of today’s divorce rate in America to know ours is a generation of self-centeredness. It seems the moment one or the other of the marriage partners today doesn’t get his or her way about a particular matter, it’s off to the divorce court. This goes for professing Christians as well as non-Christians. Hollywood stars lead the way in making a mockery of marriage, serving as examples of how to exhibit supreme self-centeredness.

Covetous: Advertising and marketing strategies feed this generation’s voracious appetite for more and more luxurious items of every sort. People vie with their credit cards, and through various conniving, to have “things” nicer, more grandiose, more expensive than do others. Larceny often rules in the hearts of those who covet, whether in the hearts of common criminals, or in the hearts of multi-millionaire, sophisticated criminal-types. Think of the big corporations that have recently fallen from great heights, taken down by their former CEOs and board members.

Proud/Boasters: Never have these dual vanities been more manifest than in the elections recently held across America. The politicians consistently told us how great their plans were, and how they alone could pull off the miracles required to keep the country, state, county, city, or whatever, from ruin. Never in memory had such prideful boasting led to such back-stabbing and mud-slinging hatred as in the election season just past. The result is a dangerously divided nation. We have entered perilous times.

Blasphemers: The movie “The Last Temptation of Christ” leaps immediately to mind when thinking on this end-time characteristic. But, it could apply to most all movies, and now, even to primetime TV network programming. The use of God’s name, and the name of Jesus Christ, to express hatred or frustration, is woven, it seems, within every script flowing from the Hollywood cesspool. God’s name, and Christ’s name, is forbidden from mention in our public school classrooms and government buildings, but it’s just freedom of speech to blaspheme the Creator of all things whenever the mood strikes. We never hear the names of Buddha, Allah,Hari Krishna, or other of the false gods used in such a blasphemous way, but God’s name is fair game for the hip purveyors of freedom of expression.

Disobedient to parents: Juvenile crime, run-always, teen-age (and younger) prostitution –all are the end-products of our cultural and societal decay. The trend took a nosedive when in 1963 prayer and Bible reading in public schools were banned. The nation has, from that point, seemingly entered into a spiraling downward era of rebellion. Parents, themselves, distain rules and regulations, displaying before their children’s eyes their disrespect –even hatred— for police officers who issue traffic tickets. They hurl insults at those whom officiate competitions and sports events, whether child-competitions, or big league competitions. Many parents, in the election just past, equated the president of the United states with Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. How can we expect not to have crops of disobedient children, when we sew the seeds of rebellion with such flagrant disregard?

Unthankful/Unholy: It became painfully, perilously clear in the just completed political season that we are a nation divided between those who have a regard for morality based upon, to some extent at least, Judeo-Christian principles, and those who want no part of such restraint. America seems divided almost right down the middle, with the morality issues driving some to the psychiatrist couches to cope with the pain and fear they have from their perceived loss of freedom from religious encumbrance.

Obviously, not all whom voted for the losing side are hedonists, that hate God. Many on that side consider themselves as God-fearing. I am not hear referring to those people. But, it cannot be denied with any credibility, after having gone through this election process, that many whom make up the core of the losing side hate any restraint whatever that has a religious-moral connotation. A significant company among the losing side observably feel they owe nothing to a Judeo-Christian god for the life they’ve made for themselves. This is a distinct, unthankful, unholy characteristic the Apostle Paul foretold will be unmistakably clear within the last days generation.

Our times are indeed perilous. We will continue with the next Update, analyzing just how dangerous this generation’s time on earth has become, and how dangerous it is prophesied to become as mankind moves toward Tribulation.

    Re: Memorandum

    Going for the Record... Again

During the past few weeks, California has been hit by a record amount of rainfall. Torrential downpours have repeatedly slammed Southern California, causing flooded roadways, toppled trees, power outages, and property damage from mudslides.

A spokesman for the National Weather Service said the Los Angeles rainfall for the 2004-2005 season could set a record. With around 34 inches of rain already recorded since the season began on July 1, the city is on track for its second-wettest season in the past 100 years. The all-time record could easily fall. That record of 38.18 inches occurred in the 1883-84 season.

Even average weather would give downtown Los Angeles an additional 2.45 inches of rain in March and 1.04 inches in April. The average rain in downtown LA since 1914, Weather Service statistics show, has totaled 14.75 inches a year.

There is nothing special about acts of nature setting records. After all, records have to start somewhere, and with thousands of cities around the globe, we should occasionally see new records set.

In the past year, the number of record-setting disasters has been on such a massive scale, even the most skeptical mathematicians must admit something very odd is taking place. Here are few of these events:

Last June, central Texas saw record flooding that overwhelmed drainage systems only designed to handle a "100-year flood."

In the following month, Ontario, Canada was struck by record rainfall. The area just north of Toronto was hardest hit.

In 2004, Japan had its worst typhoon season on record; it was visited by an unprecedented 10 typhoons. The previous record of six typhoons was set in 1990.

The state of Florida also had a record year for hurricanes. It was hit by Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne.

In late December, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake off the coast of Indonesia spawned a tsunami that killed more than 250,000 people. It easily stands as history's most deadly tsunami.

I'm amazed that this endless series of flood-related calamities has not triggered a tidal wave of date-setting speculation. The events, however, just seem to come and go with little fanfare. I believe they are birth pains, and I also think the fact they are being overlooked by the church is a bonus end-time indication.

"For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places. There will be famines and troubles. These things are the beginning of birth pains" (Mark 13:8).
