    Thats fine with me. If you can dish it out, you better know how to take it, I always say. Regardless of whom the joke is about, I still get a chuckle on the negative creativity towards others near election time.

    Yes, we have lost some jobs due to manufacturing companies becoming more efficient and requiring less people to operate the machines. That is what I do for a living over the past 23 years. I guess I am to blame as much as anyone then.

    The job redistribution is a direct result of the unions in those states increasing the payroll over the past 20 years from 11% of gross sales to and average of 18%. By eliminating some of the positions and installing machines to replace the workers, the payroll comes back in line so the company can make a profit. Pure and simple economics. It will not matter who is in office, this is going to happen.

    Now for the good news: The unemployment rate is currently 5.4% under Bush. The best unemployment rate during the glory years under Clinton was 5.65%, so are we only getting the message the liberal media wants us to hear? I think so!
