    Hi there. New SS100

I've recently acquired a SS100 kit which is built on a 73 super beetle chassis. It had been sitting for around eight years in a garage. I changed the carb and fuel pump, and I've been driving it around without any problems.

I figured I'd join on here, and introduce myself and the car. I'm sure I'll have some questions at some point.

I do need a windshield knob, it's missing one.

I do, but I'm having trouble posting pictures. It may be that I'm posting from my phone. I'll try again.

Can anybody tell me which company made this kit?
If you need more pictures, I can take them. Let me know what you need to see.

I believe your kit may have been made by Antique & Classic Automotive, Inc. of Buffalo New York; or the company they sold out to (possibly Eagle). I also have one, but it's the front engine version. The builder used a 74 Mustang II as a donor for mine in 88-90. I got it from his grandson, who helped him with the build, in 2010. It is BRG with a tan top; but has many differences. I haven't learned how to post photos yet, but I have lots.
