    240Z - 250 GTO Build

    240z - 250 GTO
This is an old fashioned kit that I've been working on at 'hobby pace' for the best part of a decade. When I started out people were giving away 240Zs but since then their values have taken off so I doubt there is much interest in these kits anymore.

I've compressed it in to 10 images but I have literally 1000s of photos, so if anyone is working on a build and would like to know more on a specific aspect let me know.

Repaired and strengthened a 240Z unibody.

Picked up an LS1 donor vehicle

Mated the engine, gearbox and differential to the 240Z

Acquired a rare 'Puckett' kit which was in very poor condition

Carried out extensive modifications to the bodywork

    Completed the bodywork

    Finished off the running gear

    Played around with the interior

    Added a bit of bling

    Finally got it going

    Took it for a run.

Set to 'full screen' and 'turn up the volume'.

What an absolutely gorgeous build. Please fill in more details on everything.

What was it that ran in front of the car at the beginning of the video. Looked like a small dinosaur.

Hey there, just wanted to chime in with the rest. Your car looks awesome. I love that you chose the blue seats, I also love the wheel color. It really ties it in to the vintage Ferrari Style. I did a 246GT replica with the same paint/wheel and interior color. It looked amazing and was very well received at every show I took it to. The video was pure magic, I love the turandot music of the 3 Tenors mixed with exquisite videography. Great job throughout. Would love to see more details/pics on your build process.
