    My fourth and hopefully, final attempt at the front trunk hinge. Got some more detailed drawings and pictures from Murci Me which helped out... alot, Thank you!

    Attempt #3 was darn close but a machinist buddy showed me the error of my ways, actually I will have him do the final assembly of the pieces.... as he said I suxed at it

    Looks good.
    Did you use a press brake to bend those? Looks like 1/8" flat stock.

    Thanks! yes a press brake was used, I believe it was 12 gauge

    Just little bit of time for cold air intake work

    PO used a dryer duck with a couple of fittings riveted to each end. K&N #F033C8 filter was used.

    Since sheet metal was used to fill the stretch a hole was cut and lined with rubber flashing.

    Might reuse air dryer duct but leaning towards a universal kit in aluminum or black tubing
