more fiber glass on passenger headlight surround, pretty close

Having taken the bumper and headlights on and off the car numerous times, weld nuts were added. Really speeds up removal of head light assembly.

Have to adjust the height of bumper on the passenger side by about 1/4.

Using rubber washers to span the void between the frame and bumper. Will use weld nuts on frame at bumper attachment points.

Side markers - thank to Auto Pro for the picture of his fender, worth a thousand words

Used a mini router. Might add material to the inside of the fender and router more material off, to recess the fixture a little more.

    passenger side next

Wow, this is really coming along I am now confident that the triangle side marker was a great choice.

Not being able to take the mess my parts area had become, spent a good bit of time organizing and the cleaning up the dust.

Hung some fiberglass reinforced tarps to contain the dust. Set up an exhaust fan to keep air pressure flowing in the right direction.

Hopefully the area wont revert to the way it was before

Also eliminated a compression fitting in the brake line that the PO installed, when the stretch was performed

Working on the wheel well openings.

Made a pattern out of the old bumper flange as it was close

Added flange to the new bunper

Wheel well opening is close, will wait until an alignment is done before finalizing
