Kit Car Builder Needed to Build My Kit Car

Hello - I would like to know names (list) of kit car builders in the US. Someone told me their was one in Florida who built a friend's kit car that he bought the kit and he decided not to build it himself - that is what I would
like to have done. I will buy the donor car, but want someone else to build my kit

That "friend" I was referring to sold me his 7 year old ENGLISH Dutton Amphibious - Google it - I am SUPER JAZZED as I did not have to go thru the building process AND I bought it MUCH,MUCH cheaper than even BUYING THE KIT!!!
That we know of, there are less than 11 in the USA
The original owner upgraded the jet drive AND the engine 60+ HP and FI.
It is a beautiful YELLOW and BLUE.
