Looks great Don , canít wait until I get down to the short strokes of my build, by then youíll be on to the Lamborghini build!!!
Don are you planning on attaching the mesh and grill together as one unit or keep them separate?

    Making slow progress.

Working on the fuel lines. I ended up cutting the hard lines out along the driver's side as there just wasn't room with everything else trying to fit in the same area. I had enough braided line to use flexible lines down to the front fire wall and fitted the fuel filter and some hard lines just behind the fuel tank and connecting the braided to the hard lines there. Gives more flexibility on where the fuel lines will route in the end. I have the fuel supply line pretty much done and bending the return tomorrow night.

    Cheers

A bit more work finally. Got the fuel lines run into the car last night. A couple more brackets to make tonight to ensure not rubbing on a couple pieces. It is tight in there with all this stuff. I originally had hard lines going right up to the fuel line level on the engine but after the fittings etc., there just wasn't enough room to fit everything in so I opted for flex lines down to the front firewall and hard lines into the fuel tank. Still working on the clean line bending skills.....

On to vacuum lines from the engine to the evap canister next and the last two heater hoses now that I know where the fuel lines are going.

    A couple pics.

    Ferrari 288 GTO BUILD Project

More progress, got frame tubing bending done on frame build and welded together. Cut up frame spacing tubing, almost ready to weld them in place. Not sure if I am happy with frame design , we will see when I get engine in frame. Quick update. Got in the garage for a bit over the weekend and made up a water heater line bracket. Took way more time than I had imagined so only got the one built as a prototype but will do the trick and look much better than the hose clamps I have been setting everything up with to get positioning etc. An entire night to make this one simple bracket but the rest of them will be much easier now that I went through the repeated design iterations to get what I was looking for. Need to get new rubber shims though as the ones I used were very old so I didn't mind cutting them up to see what worked.

    Making slow progress to completion.

    Don

    Couple quick pics. Pretty underwhelming....

Had to review a pile of docs to review for work tonight so thought I would spark up the 3d printer to finish off some parts. Made the first final firewall wiring through plug and this will be one of two that are in the wiring tray with foam seals to keep the engine bay and cockpit separated and protect the wiring going through the firewall.

A bit of cleanup and it will work fine.
