so i have bought foam panels ( blue foam from lowes) bought a pattern gauge and have a good idea what i am looking at shape wise. I am researching all aspects of my Nissan / Ferrari Style rebody for the 240sx. I have one question. When its all done and ready to be mounted whether it is a complete tube frame car or a rebody to an extreme degree of the existing unibody how do you keep the bodywork from developing stress cracks under performance driving conditions. I only have experience in adding on flares to existing cars such as porsche wide body, nissan wide body and always you seem to develop cracks with time. What is the best way to design into the kit ways to minimize this problem.
