Not very "accurate" F50 replica (none of them were anyway)....

One piece body kit (wrong), long rear overhang (wrong), small wheel arches (wrong), door skins too high (wrong), no top (nearly impossible to make correctly), no engine "clear" cover (almost impossible to make), no headlight covers (bad), no wipers (bad), windshield wrong curve (bad), body work needed, paint needed, engine/tranny work needed? (who knows?), etc, etc

So other than that it looks ok to the untrained eye and could be a nice project if you can get it cheap and have the time and $$$ to make improvements...

    My .02 worth

I agree.. They were not the most authentic kits and this one is in pretty bad shape.. But if the price is right and you want to try and make it more authentic you can look at GME's build here for ideas on this concept...http://www.madmechanics.com/general-...y-exotics-f50/

One thing is he filled in horizontal body line and that alone would be a pain.. He must have filled the body line with filler ???

    Hi,
I always loved this model, but this kit only " looks like "....not accurate at all.
If you wish to do it like the real deal, much better start your own project form 0.
    Just my 2 cents.

i had one of the originals.this looks like a splashed kit and a bad one at that.it would be less work to find a body manufacturer and start from scratch.he really messed this one up.it would be more work to fix than to start from scratch. he even molded the front clip into the windshield tray.
you cant service anything in the front. 100% CRAP

    Un-efing believable

Checking stuff like brake fluid and antifreeze is obviously not necessary

    Re: hey ferrari guys

i take it hood lifts up like a c-4 vette, which means the body line is very important because that is where the seem is for the hood and lower front fender ???, what is the wheel base for that car?im wondering if it would not be a bad idea to use a c-4 vette as a donor, only bad thing is all the fab work in the rear needed to relocate the motorhow ever you would have a steel frame to work with and a good suspension to start with, and you would have a low profile with the body structure and have the working body systems to match what you are needing.???
