In the USA if you pay a company / person to start a plug, then it,s your plug and work ,it is not theirs to sell or trade !!

I had put simmilar xenon conversion kit in my car only to run for about a day and it died.
Go with REAL xenon projectors and drivers

the 09-10 Yamaha r1 headlight units are done this way. they arent HID but may be an alternative(cheap) if you can find a crashed bike.

keep in mind that the Xenon projectors have more focused bean and will not bounce of the lights bucket which willbea no problem in passing safety etc.... and that still would be my prefered way of doing it. Those hella units are great option as they are enclosed units and no dust would get into them. If you get setup from BMW, Audi, Nisasn or what ever else. Those units are open and you would need to make up enclosure to protect the projector from dust, rain or any other road grime.
Turn signals are fairly easy thought the truck light option might be the simplest. If you are good with Electronics just get some white or amber LED and put resistor in series to limit the current flow to them and bingo. For lenz I most likely would try to salvage somethign from scrap yard or local plastic supply store and cut to fit
    just my 0.02

According to my guy at Hella, the 90mm units are sealed so they do not necessarily need to be in a sealed enclosure. All I would worry about of course is rocks....
