    Bonnet Attachment help needed f430

Ok well I have test fitted the bonnet and have got eveything in the correct spot. Now im needing help with the bonnet i have the two hindges and i want to bolt them up to the fiberglass bonnet. The bonnet is 2 pieces which were made into one so is hollow on the inside. Now my delema is what can i use to secure the hindges to the bonnet without going through to ot the outside of the bonnet where it would be vissible. I have thought about self drill screws but thats not a safe permanent hold what have you guys done?

Look on ebay for a bag of 1/4" Jacknuts an a jacknut insert tool it should cost about $45.00 for jacknuts an the tool ( it is a threaded insert that you crimp into a part from the inside then use a matching 1/4" bolt these work very well )

if you make parts this is a very important tool an threaded rivet set

I agree, your definatley going to want to build some sort of steel mounting point to prevent the bolts or rivots from pulling loose.
