    Headlights for 355

What are the best functional and looking headlights to use for a 355 kit? Will OEM lights work and if so are they worth the $$ to get them?

The OEM's will run you about $1500.00 give or take a little for the entire assembly (lights, brackets, motors, etc) and yes that is for both sides.

Glenngdman, DKOV and I have the OEM 355 lights on our cars. I built another set I used for 4 years out of a set of Mitsubishi lifts, Corsica Lights and custom aluminum lid covers. The combination worked fine. The 3 of us wanted to have an authentic look. However, who really cares at night anyway?

If you're not confused, you're not paying attention.

As for the 300zx lights they are an exact fit. You need to get the 1987-1989 though, because if you get the 1984-1986 the head lights will be 2 seperate lamps and is actually 2 in. longer. Verses the 87-89 is 1 lamp and is the exact fit. The one problem with them is that they only pop up half way. Because thats is all it needs for the 300zx bumper. I know I bought a set. My opinion 300z lights are more of a pain even though they are the closest to the real one you will ever find.
