Mitsubishi Eclipse as a donor car?

    Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Say, has anyone tried replicating an exotic car on a Mitsubishi Eclipse as a donor vehicle?

I love the Toyota MR2 MK2 and the Fiero, but these are vehicles which are almost 20+ years old.

I hope to make the Extreme Murcielago here in States (from Extreme in the UK) with a different donor.

I know there was a guy building a Ferrari on his eclipse awhile back. If you could make it work the aftermarket upgrades for the 4g63 motor it unbelievable. I had an 11 second Talon that had so much torque and power! I loved it

    Interesting...

    Thnx for the replies guys...

Yeah, the Eclipse is a nice car, handles quite well and she is a fun little thing to play around with.

I'm searching online to see if anyone has a completed replica based on an eclipse as donor. If I find anything nice, I'll post up the pics.
