    TR SIDE STRAKES

ANYONE HAVE ADVICE FOR HOW TO FORM THE STRAKES OUT OF STEEL OR ALUMINUM SO THEY HAVE THE TABS ON ONE END AND THE ROLLED EDGES AT THE OUTER EDGES, ALSO HOW DO YOU INCREASE THE THICKNESS AT THE FRONT SINCE THE VERY FRONT OF THE STRAKES BECOMES ROUNDED AND BULBOUS?
