Which calipers were you think of using with the 13" rotors? I have seen the kits with the "Corvette" calipers, or the kit using the Wilwood calipers from Erik (Held) and West Coast Fiero sells a kit using the Brembo calipers.

I have been trying to find some specs on the brackets using the brembos for my build but haven't had much luck.

My vote is HT, I also hear rumor (have yet to get it confirmed) that HT has a new 6 piston brake setup they'll be offering now too

i've seen their high-end brake setup in person, its top notch, mounts and everything are done RIGHT, and their kits include everything you need including braided brake hose.

Yeah yeah, you caught me, i like kits where i dont have to worry about finding this or that part. The one and only thing i miss about where i used to live is the parts store i went to. They were the best up there, but there were others that were really good too. Compared to where i live now though... OMG, when Napa seems like a high end auto-parts store... shoot me..

that will require you to weld in mount points, HT's stuff will bolt on. Both are reasonably good choices, just depends on your skill-set i guess.
