Are you just redrilling the bolt pattern for the wheel? If so any machine shop can do it or you can do it yourself on a drill press. Just use another brake rotor with the pattern you want as a pattern and make sure it is centered. The rotor should fit the center of the wheel hub. If your rotor has a larger hole than the hub you will need an adapter ring to center it and if it is smaller you will need to have the center machined out. Again any machine shop can do that.

I am using Viper rotors on my build. I need to go from the original 6 holes on the rotor to the 5x100 to fit my Fiero. Since two of the holes will run into the existing holes on the rotors I will need to have them milled with an outfit that has a degree table. At least that's what I've been told.

While a rotary table would be helpful it is not necessary. They will have to be done on a milling machine where the overlapping holes can be cut with an end mill. I do this sort of work all the time. Any machine shop should be able to do this. Why not use Corvette rotors that have 5 holes and the new holes can be places between the existing ones? You should also have a centering ring made to fit the center of the rotor to the Fiero hub.

I already have the Viper rotors and the centering rings. I'll venture out tomorrow to a couple of machine shops. Hopefully they can take care of me.
