Lambo door hinges and roller pins.....location location location

When doing Lambo doors hinges and roller pin.....what are some tips you all can give as far as mounting location and angle of the hinge. I am planning on making my own hinges. Just basically what kind of tips and advice can you give as far as this goes? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you asking about hinges for a Lamborghini replica or Lambo style hinges for another car?
People who build Lambo replicas usually want replica hinges. They can be bought or you could make hinges that work like the real hinges for a Lambo

I meant for a Lambo Murcielago replica. Sorry for the vague question.

I guess not many people have actually done scissor style doors on here on a Lambo Replica?

I am lost on this response....
Since they all have "scissor style" doors

The hinge pin should be as high and as close to the opening (by fender) as possible, hopefully thes pics help

Thanks for the good info. this is what I was looking for.

The reason I stated it like that in my previous response is b/c the first responder was unsure if I wanted info. on scissor style doors for a Lambo replica or Lambo replica doors for another car. You've seen the immitation style doors that other people try to replicate on their vehicles. They open outwards first then go up. Looks horrible.
