    Need Countach air scoop measurements

Can someone post the measurements of the early style air scoop for the Countach? I mainly need the dimensions along the top where the 2 bends are.

Yes. I would like to get the length of each section along the top. The flat part, the long slightly sloped part, and the steeply sloped part.

    front flat part: 2.875"
    long slightly sloped part: 13.25"
    rear steeply sloped part: 2.40625"

These measurements were taken from a bare aluminum (no paint or body filler) OEM scoop.

Oops. I guess I don't know how tall it is either. Can you measure that too? I really wish my kit had these with it.

Some of these measurements include the extra metal for mounting purposes that is hidden behind the body of the car:

height of front grill section: 3.75"
side section below front grill(partially hidden behind body): 1.6875"
approximate height at the start of steep slope(partially hidden behind body): 2.625"
rear height(partially hidden behind body): 1.0625"

If you made your scoop with these height measurements, you would then lower the scoop into the opening until the bottom of the steep rear edge meets the body edge.
