    SRC430 headlight assembly help

Hi, I now have the parts for my headlights from src kit cars, but I don't have a clue how it all fits together!
can anyone help me out? e.g do I bond the light bezel to the bucket? Or does this need to be adjustable ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

You need to post some picks of the issues you are having. I don't think any of us are familiar with his kits.

Thanks macgyver, as far as I can tell the headlight kit is similar to most other kits , I'm just not sure what goes where lol, and if the bezel should be bonded into the Bucket or be able to move for any alignment adjustment etc, will post some pics of the parts tomoz thanks

I have the DNA kit and would assume that yours is similar.

In the DNA kit, we have a bracket that the supplied Hella headlight is screwed to using 3 of the mounting screws, this is then bolted to another plate which the main headlight body is bonded to.

This is another persons build as I havent got to this stage yet, but this may help you....

Looking at the parts I think I just drill a larger hole than reqd as the fittings have large washers included, the indicator seems to small for the hole :-/ any suggestions?

Hopefully you will be able to mount the light assembly where you will be able to make some fine tuning adjustments to adjust the beam up down and side to side as necessary.

Hard to tell by your photos of how the light assembly is actually mounted. If it just screws in place. You may be able to put small compression springs on the screws between the light mount and the light assembly. That way you will be able to adjust your beam direction accordingly.
