    Brake line Double-bubble flare

I'm replacing my old lines which are corroding away. I picked up a flairing tool, as well as some line. Here's my question though: In order to create a double-bubble flare, do you create a flare with the adapter piece first, and then create another flare without the adapter piece right on top of the first flare?

    The line is 3/16th.

The kit I have looks similar to that which is listed at

    http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobi...brake_line.htm

It comes with a little box of "adapter pieces" as well as the "brace" you lock around the brake line and the vice type thing you use to bend it.

Ari good luck with that stuff .. I could never get mine to
work .. its just not possible to do it with that tool.

What I did was take it to the local Meinke Muffler & Brake
and had the guy do it for me .. $10 for all the
    flares I needed.

And some fittings are not standard and cant be
purchased at Canadian Tire or Napa. I went
to the junk yard and yanked all I could find and
used the best of the bunch.
