Brackets used to mount a ifg style kit

I need to fabricate brackets for my ifg/warlock style 355 kit and am a little lost when it comes to the area right in front of the doors - whenever I open the door it hits the bracket! I need a new design - any suggestions?

I had read from another guy building the IFG kit that he had the same or similar problem. He ended up welding in a limiter to keep the door from opening far enough to hit that bracket. That limits the degree of opening but fixes your problem.

There MUST be a better way though...

I would rather not do that, but if that what it comes down to... anybody else?

Im not familiar with the kit myself, but cant you move the bracket a small amount, or trim it down? I wouldnt think removing a 1/4'' or so would hurt.
