    25 th Countach

Here is were I'm at to date. I only started this June 24, 2003. I didn't even work on it for three months. We had TWINS on Jan. 6 2004 of this year. So from Jan - March it just sat there. img]http://www.madmechanics.com/yabbse/attachments/DSC00558.JPG[/img]

Looks like some nice quality fiberglass there.
Where did you get it Kstix?
Do you have any steel in the window frames?
I had to add steel to keep the top of the door tight to the roof line.
    Looking good

I"m not sure I've got the picture thing right yet. This was my first try. The windows aren't done the way I want yet. Their isn't any metal in them. They don't go up and down yet. The '69 Mustang is next for my wife. I'm going to put new inner wheel tubs and quarters on it in the sping. I got it for Free realy, I just had to put the motor and trany for the kid that wanted it to put ina 280 ZX. It's a four speed car , I didn't know that when we made the deal it had a 351W and a C4 in it.

I got this kit from Joe Martin. He's a great guy to deal with. He delivered the body and all of the parts 6 weeks after he got the deposite. He has been around kit cars for awhile. here is an old link some of you might remeber. www.kitcarmag.com/featuredvehicles/37918/ It's the 1st car out of the mold. Mine was the 2nd car out of the molds.I'll know how good the body is this fall when I start block sanding it for paint in the spring,.. hopefuly

kstix, I'm glad to see you are making progress, I'm the guy who hooked you up with Joe Martin. What's up with the side window gap?

Nice job!Makes you want to jump in the drivers seat and dream.
The road to life is full of flat squirrels, who couldn't make up their mind!
