Anyone have any speaker ideas for higher end separates?

any way to fit a 6.5" separate system in a car with the 355 kit? I was thinking Aura bass shakers under the seats....

Who needs a radio? If you want a big bass system in your kitcar you better make the fiberglass extra strong. I wouldn't do it myself.
Plain Jane system for me. A Honda rattles to pieces with a big system, what do you think a kit will do?

If you got the money and you want clean sound get a Macintosh head unit and amps, then get 2 12" Ifinite Kappa's* for the bass and for the mid's and tweet's go with Bose. An extra $8,000.00 for this system shouldn't break your bank.

i've never been impressed with the bass shakers. if you have the room one 10" kicker solobaric (round or square speaker), high end alpine or pioneer head unit, and boston pro audio separates are the way to go. the alpine v12 four channel amp is really clean and has built in crossovers. run the separates off the first two channels and bridge the 3 and 4 channel to drive the sub. if you need any more speakers, which you shouldn't for accurate imaging, then run them off the head unit. other manufacturers to consider: kenwood or even panasonic head unit (the panasonic looks gay to me with all the lights and shit going on, but to each his own), infinity kappa or reference series speakers all around work well too.

Why not go with the same thing the Diablos come with? Get a decent Alpine system. If you want top of the line go for their F1 Status stuff. A head unit alone cost 3000 bucks. Infinity is also very good for SQ listening.
