    Re. '85, 2.8, standard trans, Are there significant power benefits by adding a power chip? What is the downside?
    Re. the timing chain, if it breaks, does the car just stop, or is there engine damage? Thanks for your help

    Power chips in stock Fieros are worthless. Don't waste your money...

    The timing chain breaking can cause damage.. Or it might just stop. There are variables involved. Hard to say which might be the case in a certain instance.
