    Re: Old project new owner..

For anyone missing the link, Rob (Kw_kit) was the purchaser of my kit car.

Glad to see your spending a little time off the road to start working on it Rob

    Rob:

Welcome aboard! We will help you as best we can. I think with a lot of elbow work and a little Bondo and fiberglass, you will have a nice car by spring.

    Regards,

    Dave

Thanks for the words of support… I am sure I will have lots of question for everybody. Hey Ari you are welcome to come by as you pass by Kitchener. I just got the garage heater working so I am ready to settle in for a long winter. On the bright side I just found out my neighbor sells sandpaper so I loaded up with free samples…. I will keep you all posted on the progress..

KW, you have your taillights yet? I have a set for $700 shipped brand new in sealed boxes. I have one set left.

The car came with lens covers ... I have not decided if I am using them or not. but thanks for the offer. I haven't even decided if I will complete the kit... I have been watching jdinner progress on his chassis and I may switch the project before I get too involved. but we will see.
