    Ferrari 308 kit help

Does anyone know a manufacturer that makes Ferrari 308 kits?

They're really arent any around anymore .. you see the occasional one in auto trader and ebay. Usually completed many years ago. There was a maker in Kitchener about 5 years ago who showed up at the Carlisle show. Perhaps V8 archie has one kicking around but he isnt marketing them .. Similar kits would be other v8archie.com kits like the Fino and the Finale and those from Pisa at http://pisafierohq.com/

I bought a 328 project car off this guy and at the time (March) he had another 328 body. You might try him.

His name on this forum is: f328v8

    I know a 328 isn't a 308 but it's close!!!

I've seen several completed 308 kits on Ebay in the past few years that sell between $5,000 and $7,000. It's a great looking car, but I don't think you could build one for that. You may be better off looking for a completed kit.

I actually contacted f328v8 about buying his "spare kit" but he had changed his mind and decided not to sell it. I wanted to keep it around for parts for mine. Just incase.

The high bidder did not meet the RESERVE on the 308 kit so I highly doubt this car was sold for such a low price, unless the seller was really desperate for cash...The donor Fiero alone is right around the high bid!!

Although you're right, eBay is the way to go for used, low priced 308 replicas and 355 replicas for that matter...Good deals come up ALL THE TIME. ;D

His buy it now was only $5,800 ..Thats still a lot cheaper than buying a kit and the parts to put it together..
