Go here.... http://www.fibreglast.com/ Read all the tech. stuff at the site, then join that forum. There is a wealth of current info. that you will never see in print at this site. I built my last wing for my custom truck based soley on what I learned at that site. It turned out better than anything I could have bought.

Question, Making a fibreglass body how do you go about re-enforcing it... so it does not flex or lose its shape...... and fixing it to the chassis....???

Just use proper body-to-chassis mounting points (bolted) ;D

If it is a NEW design and you have to make the MOULDS/BODY and CHASSIS from scratch....?????

Hmmm... Just design a 3D chassis and 3D exterior and fit them together

The (Japanese) Person is thinking of using a Lamborghini Diablo Replica SpaceFrame Chassis with a Chev LS2 Gen 4 Twin Turbo V8(My Advice) or a 5.0L BMW V12 Supercharged coupled up to a Audi 6speed box or a ZF 6speed Box, they want to make a whole new design body for the chassis. The doors will be like the Picture attached

Wow, how ugly was the 2nd Laraki Fulgura prototype They are the best plagiarists in the World. Hmmm... let me think a minute - this is a mix of Mercedes SL lights, Porsche Boxter bumper and bonnet, Diablo side air intakes...
When you going to use similar doors you must use VERY STRONG HINGES
Anyway, about the new design - try to build your foam plug over the chassis (if you have digital measuring rails or laser scanner), or use the 3D model of the replica chassis as base for your 3D exterior. This will give you the advantage to fit correctly every panel and every tube.
