    BLACK BORDER TRIM AROUND LEXAN

What is the best way to get a black border trim around the lexan engine cover glass 8) How thick should the lexan glass be ;D

i like the 430 engine cover side vents better than the 360 grills
In the USA if you pay a company / person to start a plug, then it,s your plug and work ,it is not theirs to sell or trade !!

I would sugest a semi flat black enamel sprayed to the reverce side of the lexan. Tape off with 1/4 masking tape to get the sharp curve.

3/16 or 1/4" lexan should work fine for the cover I would think.

I like everything about the 430 the 360 just did not look right to me I think that is what Ferrari thought also they came out with the 430 fast to make up for the not so good looking 360.

I could never get the paint to stick on Lexan. Maybe it was just me. It would not hold any glue either come to think of it.

Border Bite eh, a lot of talk these days about borders.

I never thought to use an etch on it. Thanks for the tip, I have another project I want to try and that information will help.
