Shouldn't really matter which vendor you bought it from. Euroworks uses a "simple" stanley garage door type hinge (no it's not really the same hinge you find on a garage door) but it looks similar. Here is the classic article on how to do it.

Your son is a very lucky guy, i hope he apreciates it. Not manny people find time to do it for themselves let alone there kids.

The guys name is mike and he's really helpful weather your building one of his kits or someone else's.

Thanks guys For all the info.I did some looking around the junk yard today Family has a small junk yard behind the shop) Anyhow I found a Chevy van with the cargo doors and from what I can see the hinges are heavy duty and they look like the ones on the site you sent me.So I'm going to give them a try.Now what is the theory behind the hinge setup? ;D

Ok one more ? I was looking around and I see that the diablo replicas dont have the recess in the door for the hinge but my doors have a deep recess. From what I can see it looks like I dont have to cut the fender for the hinge opening.

There are 2 types of hinges, the simple stanley hinge and the what I call the up and over hinge. The up and over hinge is the newer version and probably much easier to install. The Countach hing the door has to pivot into the fender - you have to open up a half moon size area in the top of the fender. The diablo you dont since the door goes up and over the fender.
