    chassis stretch

    i was just wondering if any1 had any experience with extending the chassis of a fiero. how extensive is this modification?

    depends on how much you are going to move the wheels back. If it is for a 355 / 348 kit for example, you only modify the engine cradle, not the frame. It will work up to a 5.5 inch stretch.

    The link above describes ( briefly ) installing an engine cradle to extend the wheelbase for a Lambo kitcar.
    The engine cradle / subframe is designed to mount a small block chevy and Audi trans.
