The Murc is 15mm longer in the wheel base than the Diablo.
This translates to 0.90 inches. This can be easily done by moving the front or rear suspension or both to meet the Murc wheel base.
Everything else should be fine. None of the frame builders incorporate body mounting points, this is done after the initial frame is constructed and the body is test fitted.
I modified a NAERC chassis to fit a D&R body. I basically had to reverse engineer the plans to meet the specs of the D&R body. This was a different wheel base, different length control arms front and rear and lower hinge beam.
Once the body was test fitted I made all the supports to fit the fiberglass after the frame was a running unit.
