Read a little of ur backround.. I didn't realize you were "away" protecting your "brothers" who, in turn,  were protecting various Multi-national corporations bottom line. I am in Queens. Lemme know what you need.. I might be of assistance.

caligula,

While I appreciate your offer I will be passing on your assistance.  I make it a point to leave my job and political views behind when I am on this forum, and never mix them up with my hobby.

Thanks again.

If anyone else is close please let me know in the next day or two.  Would like to buy something there but would need some help getting it shipped to me.  I am in no rush for the item and it would be at your pace getting it to me.

Well Michael,

While You might make it your point to "leave my job and political views behind when I am on this forum, and never mix them up with my hobby"... many on this forum do. In Reality.. YOU DIDN'T.. As a matter a fact, there is a fresh link asking people what they "do for a living". Now, we are all entitled to an opinion and should be free to express those opinions/ideas etc. freely. No matter how I personally feel about the American soldiers OCCUPYING a soverign  land, knocking over fruit bearing date/olive trees in under-armored Hummers, or the killing and maiming of 100% innocent people, theft of it's natural resources, enacted by the greatest military might since the god knows when..It's really laughable...I get a chuckle every time.. AMERICA $%^ YEAH!!!!.. In any case, You asked for someone to do YOU a favor.. I humbly offered to help.. in any way.. You rejected my offer.. ONLY because my political views VARY from your own. It was YOU that made that blatently obvious by declining my offer.. You see, All you saw was my political view.. I saw much much more.. Even though we ALL know what "great work" your "brother's" are doing over there..  I put MY political ideaolagy aside (even though I expressed it (and will continue to..) ) YOU DIDNT!   help a fellow "brother" kitcar builder. The Ironic thing.. I live 5 minutes from elmhurst.. BTW.. If it was so important to you to keep your job/ views.. etc seperate, why'd u mention what you did or when you came back or whatever? Who cares? really... who cares? Using YOUR mantra, lets stick to kit cars right? Peace in da middle east..  Grin
